How do i track the person who sent a keylogger to me?

On youtube, this guy sent me to a link, so i went there and apparently it was a phishing site which attacked me with keyloggers. This creep also told me he hacked my account and take everything, but he didn't, but i know for sure he was on my account, so now i am scared. How can i track or protect myself from scums like him? I think i already posted this question but it got deleted maybe from the same keylogger, i don't know. so please help
